PEP®-Coaching in Berlin

Release emotional blockages. Regulate stress. Become more free inside.

„Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space lies our power to choose our response.“

Viktor E. Frankl

Does this sound familiar?

  • You know what the right thing to do is – but something inside you is
    blocking you.
  • You talk yourself into it, but your gut remains skeptical.
  • Old patterns reliably resurface just when you need them least.
  • Stress, self-doubt, or inner drivers interfere, even though you know better.

The good news is that there is nothing wrong with you. Your system is just trying to protect you – and sometimes uses strategies that are no longer helpful today.

This is exactly where PEP® coaching comes in. In my PEP® coaching practice in Berlin or online, I support you in releasing emotional blockages, effectively regulating stress, and building lasting inner stability.

What is the PEP® method?

PEP® (Process and Embodiment Focused Psychology) is a scientifically based method for emotional self-regulation developed by Dr. Michael Bohne.
It combines modern psychology, findings from emotion research and neurobiology with body-oriented interventions (including tapping techniques) and precise cognitive work.

What makes it special is that we don’t just talk about problems – we also resolve the emotional blockages that perpetuate them.

PEP® coaching is successfully used for:

  • Stress and inner pressure
  • Fear of making decisions and performing
  • Self-doubt and limiting beliefs
  • Traumatic experiences
  • Internal conflicts
  • Excessive rumination or unrealistic expectations of oneself

In short: wherever your head and your heart are not yet playing on the same team.

For people who want to feel freer inside

Coaching with PEP® is suitable for managers, self-employed people, professionals, parents, students – or simply for people who want to reduce stress and strengthen their self-regulation.

You gain:

  • more inner peace
  • more self-efficacy
  • more clarity in decision-making
  • more composure when dealing with pressure

And often something surprising happens: things become easier. Not because life is suddenly free of conflict, but because you are more stable internally.

PEP® coaching in Berlin or online

You can take advantage of PEP® coaching either in person in Berlin or conveniently online. Many topics can be addressed just as effectively in a face-to-face conversation as they can online. This gives you flexibility and allows you to easily integrate coaching into your everyday life—no matter where you are.

Conclusion

In PEP® coaching, we don’t work endlessly on the problem – we work on the emotions that perpetuate it.

The result:

  • Noticeable relief
  • Greater inner peace – in everyday life and at work
  • Greater confidence in challenging situations
  • Clarity of mind and stability in your gut
  • Effective self-regulation under stress

PEP® coaching in Berlin is scientifically based – and at the same time astonishingly pragmatic. It helps you to release emotional blockages and build lasting inner stability. The tapping technique is easy to learn and can be used independently. This gives you an effective tool for stress regulation that you can always have with you – no app, battery, or appointment required.

Tapping and waving alone don’t help, but talking to each other does. With the right questions, tried-and-tested methods, and a clear outside perspective, I am happy to support you with your issues.

1. What is PEP®?

Process and Embodiment Focused Psychology (PEP®) is a scientifically based method for emotional self-regulation. It was developed by Dr. Michael Bohne and combines coaching, tapping techniques, and targeted process work. Modern research shows that body-oriented methods of emotion regulation—including tapping interventions such as Emotional Freedom Techniques—can effectively reduce stress responses. PEP® uses these approaches and combines them with solution-focused coaching to specifically release emotional blockages.

2. How does the PEP® method work?

PEP® combines conversation with tapping on 16 selected acupuncture points on the body. This structured stimulation regulates the stress response in the nervous system. At the same time, we work on thoughts, inner images, and emotional patterns. This results in a noticeable reduction in stress—combined with mental clarity.

3. What are the “5 Big Five Solution Blockages” according to PEP®?

A central element of the method developed by Dr. Michael Bohne are the “Big Five Solution Blockages.” These are typical self-esteem and relationship conflicts that can unconsciously prevent change. In PEP® coaching, these inner blockages are specifically addressed, enabling lasting change.

4. What is PEP® particularly good for?

PEP® coaching is suitable for, among other things:

  • Stress and inner pressure
  • Stage fright and presentation anxiety
  • Self-doubt and inner drivers
  • Decision-making stress
  • Emotionally stressful experiences

Managers in particular benefit from the structured and efficient approach.

5. Is PEP® scientifically recognized?

PEP® is based on hypnosystemic and psychodynamic concepts as well as findings from emotion and embodiment research. Tapping techniques for stress regulation are researched and used in a therapeutic context. PEP® combines these approaches with systematic process work in coaching and therapy.

6. How does PEP® coaching work?

At the beginning, we clarify your concerns. We then identify the emotional activation behind the issue. With the help of the 16 acupuncture points and targeted process interventions, we regulate the stress—in a solution-oriented, clearly structured, and at the same time easy way.

7. How quickly does PEP® work?

Many clients experience significant relief after just one session. The speed depends on the issue and the depth of the emotional connection. It often works faster than expected.

8. Is PEP® also suitable for managers?

Yes. PEP® coaching for executives helps them to remain emotionally stable and clear-headed, even when under a lot of pressure. Issues such as decision-making pressure, conflicts, self-doubt, or inner drivers can be addressed in a targeted manner.

9. What distinguishes PEP® from other tapping techniques such as EFT?

PEP® goes beyond pure tapping acupressure. In addition to stimulating acupuncture points, the method specifically addresses issues of self-esteem and unconscious barriers to solutions. This results in deeper and more lasting change.

10. Who is PEP® not suitable for?

PEP® coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. In cases of severe mental illness, the method should only be used in a therapeutic context.

M. V., Manager and Dentist in a Dental Practice

Ms. Kostadinowa-Rohde very quickly succeeded in strengthening us as a management team in structured coaching sessions and her professional feedback helped us a lot in the further development of our management style, the structure in our practice and also in holding team meetings to discuss current issues in order to avoid new conflicts.

Dr. P. B., Lecturer and Head of Department at a Berlin University

With a great deal of commitment, classic and unconventional training methods, she was able to sensitize the colleagues in our workshop “Team building through feedback”. For teachers, receiving personal feedback in a group of colleagues is an unusual situation. With her professional moderation and a great deal of sensitivity, she mastered this excellently and led the workshop to a "tangible" result in the form of feedback rules that we developed together with her. The result will accompany the colleagues in the department in their future work.

Dr. M. B., Engineer/Managing Director of a Company in the Aviation Industry

With her background in mediation and coaching and her skills as an intercultural trainer, she was able to guide the German-English team through the workshops. In linguistically very difficult situations and in heated discussions, she was able to contribute significantly to the success of the workshops through simultaneous interpreting. Ms. Kostadinowa impressed and inspired my colleagues and me with her engaging, people-oriented manner, her humor and her strong personality.

G. V., Dental Practice Manager

Both the team and my partner and I have come to know and appreciate Ms. Kostadinowa-Rohde's warm-hearted manner, her humor and her structured leadership. She asks smart questions, picks up when things get very emotional, shows ways forward when one or the other is stuck in a mental dead end, is always empathetic and patient and continuously gives appreciative and helpful feedback. We all felt strengthened and understood by working with her. Her working style has also deepened the understanding between us and promoted cohesion. My partner and I now have a strong and motivated team that we enjoy working with every day.

S. K., Coffee Import Company Manager

I was given lots of energy and positive tips and left each session with lots of feedback and inspiration. Ms. Kostadinowa-Rohde takes on the personal story - in her manager coaching sessions - and thus deals specifically with the individual professional situation. I always came away from a session feeling stronger and knowing that I could count on honest feedback from Ms. Kostadinowa-Rohde. Thank you for your great support in my day-to-day work!

A. S., Remedial Teacher, Assisted Individual Living for Mentally Ill People

I met a woman who touched me with her authenticity, sensitivity and high level of professionalism. In the team supervision sessions, Ms. Kostadinowa-Rohde ensures a balance between extroverted and introverted participants. I am particularly impressed by her sensitive attention to the words that are spoken and, above all, to the words that are not spoken. Recognizing the issues without judgment, with a clear focus on solutions, without losing the naturalness, I clearly name as an outstanding strength. I am grateful that Ms. Kostadinowa-Rohde makes the world more understanding, clearer, happier and lighter. I wish Mrs. Kostadinowa-Rohde much health, strength and joy to continue to bring her great work into the world.

T. S., Dental Practice Manager

I had a team coaching session with my practice team and Ms. Kostadinowa over several sessions. The reason for this was to gain understanding for my colleagues and to achieve better cooperation in a growing team. Even though the team was a little skeptical at first about what to expect, Ms. Kostadinowa quickly won everyone over. Through several exercises and team tasks, we were able to grow together better and address problems openly. Even though everything is a process and takes time, it was helpful and also very informative for me as a manager. I can only recommend it to any manager who wants to grow together with their team. The employees were also able to learn something new, whether for their work or how to deal better with conflicts in their private lives in future.

C. S., IT Company Executive

Ms. Kostadinowa supported us in a complex process very competently, sensitively and with a lot of patience and thus contributed significantly to team improvements on various levels. I can recommend you and your skills!

J. S., Head of Daycare Center

We worked as a team with Ms. Kostadinowa-Rohde and it cleared up a lot of things and brought them to the surface, so that we now have a much better team atmosphere. I would work with her again at any time.

F. M., Research Center Manager

Ms. Kostadinowa has been accompanying my team and me as a conflict moderator and management coach for several years - whether in times of crisis due to Corona or when changes in the team, change processes, etc. have led to tensions in the team. She works with us primarily with the entire team, but sometimes also in pairs or in individual sessions - both in person and online. We are more than satisfied with her performance and look forward to further discussions with her. Thank you very much for your support.
