1. What is burnout coaching?

Burnout coaching is professional support for people who feel exhausted, overwhelmed or burnt out. It helps to recognize warning signs at an early stage, regain your own strength and develop healthy ways of dealing with stress.

2. Am I at risk of burnout?

Perhaps you feel constantly tired, irritable, empty inside or you have the feeling that you can only function. Burnout manifests itself differently in every person. Together we will clarify where you stand and what you need now.

3. Is burnout coaching right for me - or do I need therapy?

Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy. If you are in an acute crisis or are under severe psychological stress, therapeutic support is a priority. In coaching, I support you with professional or personal stress issues, with structuring and orientation as well as with stabilization and prevention.

4. How does burnout coaching work?

We get to know each other in an initial meeting. We then work together on your issues, identify stress patterns and develop concrete steps for change. The process is individual - in terms of speed, duration and depth.

5. What is coaching about specifically?
