Burnout coaching for managers
Being a manager often means being present, taking responsibility and making decisions – even when your own strength has long been exhausted. When the balancing act between professional demands, inner demands and private obligations becomes too great, there can come a point where nothing works anymore. There is barely enough energy left for the team, for the family – let alone for yourself.
The way out of a burnout is not a sprint, but a process. In my coaching sessions, I offer you a safe space to calm down, reconnect with yourself and find new clarity. The costs of burnout coaching are not covered by health insurance. Many of my clients decide to finance this important support themselves – or find a suitable way together with their employer.
Coaching is a valuable investment, especially for managers: it helps to regain strength and clarity – before overwork turns into long periods of absence. A sign of responsibility – towards yourself and your team. I support you in this.

In order to maintain the quality of my work at a high level, I regularly take advantage of supervision myself. Here I reflect on my consulting processes in a professional and collegial setting – be it in my work with teams, executives, management or board members.
Supervision is of course anonymous and confidential to ensure the protection of my clients. The exchange with experienced colleagues not only strengthens my professional attitude, but also ensures that I can offer you reflective and responsible support.
Online format
Coaching – wherever you are
Sometimes it’s better not to meet in person – and that’s not a disadvantage: trusting and focused conversations can also be held online. Whether from home or another location of your choice – set yourself up so that you are undisturbed for the duration of the call.
We will arrange the appointment in advance by telephone or e-mail. You will then receive a free link (e.g. via Zoom) with which you can easily enter my virtual waiting room. All you need is a stable Internet connection and a camera. If you prefer a different platform, this is of course also possible.
Important to know: The online format is just as effective as a face-to-face meeting – what counts is the connection in the conversation, not the location.
Confidentiality

Online or on site: Absolute confidentiality applies to coaching, mediation and supervision. Everything that is discussed remains in a protected space.
